Phone interview begins process. Their questions are more difficult than the face to face process. The face to face consists of useless culture questions. The process consists of a panel interview in which they ask you common, cliche questions. Had only one interview and received offer the next day. The offer is dependent on where they are in the process. Could take 1 day to 3 months

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

Entrevista
Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.

I had 3 interviews. Interviews lasted about 30 min each. Many STAR questions. Nothing too hard if you are prepared to answer those type of questions. Offer came in around 2 weeks after last interview
