Two rounds of interviews: Regional Managers and Division Manager. You will sit down with two regional managers for a sit down interview. After, you will meet and sit down with the division manager for another sit down conversation. It was about a two week process.

You finally get in-touch with a customer you've been trying to reach out to for months and set a tentative meeting to discuss business. You're on your way to the meeting and you receive a phone call from one of your biggest accounts. It is a dire emergency, and they ask that they need you there immediately. What would you do in this particular situation?

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

Entrevista
Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.

I had 3 interviews. Interviews lasted about 30 min each. Many STAR questions. Nothing too hard if you are prepared to answer those type of questions. Offer came in around 2 weeks after last interview
