It is a digital interview- you will get some text questions, some video questions, and questions about availability and basic technology knowledge. If you have worked in customer service before, you'll be fine. Try to think of an irate customer and how you handled the situation, as well as a work related mistake that you are willing to own up to- as you will be asked about these things. Timed questions/ limited prep time will have a capital T at the end. Nontimed: What is a modem? What would be a program to use to store data about sales and preform mathematical equations? What is a desktop (in an on screen, sense)? How do you efficiently end a task that is not responding? When will you be available to work? What would you do if your computer crashed? Any prior commitments in the next six months? Timed: Scenario about an HHonnors customer; immediately following explain your thought process during the last question.

The whole process was very convenient, I just had to download an app and I was on my way! I had 2 virtual and 1 phone interview. The very last interview was live with a recruiter through the app. I read it would be an awkward interview but I didn't have any trouble.
