Entrevista
The first round interview was done though a system called HireView which was actually horrible. A question appears on the screen and then records you while you answer it. It was very uncomfortable because there was no one to talk back to you. I don't think I would put myself through another interview with Hilton because of this process.

Great and informative. Asked relevant questions and provided lots of info about the company and culture and work environment in various departments and opportunities for advances and training opportunities too
They ask about success and if you are familiar with selling as well as prospecting efforts and confortablitly selling. It is good to have a background already. Overall come prepared to discuss.
