Given it was the holidays more or less but the time from initial meeting to final seemed a bit drawn out. I would have loved to have the position; however, they decided to remain internal in their selection.

Invite was done thru email or viber then, initial interview will be face-to-face, you might get an offer same day if the General Manager likes you. Make sure you are prepared because you will go on different levels of interviews from HR to General Manager

It went fairly well; the recruiter was very nice and communicative. Started with a Teams call one one-on-one with the recruiter, then moved to an interview with an AD. Overall good experience.
