After applying online and speaking with the company's HR recruiter, a 1:1 interview with hiring manager was scheduled about 2 weeks later.
A negotiable offer was agreed upon and I began work about 2 weeks later.

The interviewer was unaware that there was an interview scheduled, I had to wait for hours at the entrance. Then I had an informal conversation with two assistant managers who were obviously unprepared and had no idea what to ask me. I received no response afterwards, I doubt they even tracked their candidates timelines.
