excellent response...got a call immediately. however interview fixed over phone got postponed twice. After interview call director Human resources say I know such and such person from previous organisation. I will call them for feedback. Is it the right to check for references. Anyways I am still awaiting for the response, as when I call them they will call me next week. This is going on for last 01 month. Say "yes" or "no", but DECIDE.
