After 1week of my submission, I received a call that informed me to have an interview next day.
After arrived, I waited for 15 minutes and just restaurant manager occurred, no HR person around.

All questions are not behavioural question. First question is tell me how many kinds of wines do you know, name a few. Another question is that what’s your favourite food and try to sell that food to me(as a guest). Overall, not professional questions at all.
The interview process was easy and the manager was friendly and on time. They scheduled you fast and in a timely manner. All the staff was friendly and very helpful.
