However, in the end, she was vague and left out a lot of information. The FOM was rude and scattered. He was clearly new at interviewing and did not know what to ask. While working a few weeks later, my work background came up again. Turns out the FOM had no idea about my background. He admitted to never even looking at my resume or application. The training process was non-existent. Make sure you ask about how you will be trained. Ask specific questions about what's involved and make sure you get that training!
