Very laid back, but hiring employer would implicitly ask questions by conversing with you
thus, did not feel like an interview
Overall, the experience was different, but was preferable.
After being hired, they go over your paperwork/information you need to know, etc. and once everything clears, they make a schedule depending on your availability.
Note: provide uniforms and there is a laundry service, which I believe is extremely convenient

Entrevista
During the interview we talked about my past experience to se where I was a good fit at. Was asked when I gave excellent service, they asked me what my weakness were, and even asked why I choose the hotel that I did.
