Entrevista
After an initial phone call to clarify my interest and identity, I was instructed to complete a digital interview, as well as numerical, verbal and personality tests. The tests were relatively difficult. The digital interview required me to answer three spoken interview questions, before completing two written essay questions. I got through this stage and now have a face to face interview.

Entrevista
During phone interview, interviewer did not have any questions about me or qualifications, but only said "what questions do you have for me?" I had a few prepared but not enough to fill the 30 minutes. Then, he brought me in for a 1:1 interview where he said I wasn't a fit, but wanted to get to know the talent in the area. It was a very strange process where I had to take time off to only be told in person he was doing it for his review.
