I was contacted a week after filling the form online and invited for an interview, which lasted 2 hours, including team exercises, individual exercises and a presentation from the head of HR.We had a tour of the hotel and got paired up with an existing member of staff to clean a room ( or pump for info in my case).

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth. Everybody welcomed us with open arms and we got free breakfast and lunch so that was a bonus. They also taught us about Hilton and what they stand for what they represent in the culture that they bring.

• Previous cleaning or hospitality experience
• Work authorization and basic communication skills

Entrevista
In the interview, I first prepared myself by reviewing the job description and practicing answers to common questions. During the interview, I was asked questions about my work experience and how I solved certain challenges in previous projects. In the end, they gave me positive feedback about my approach and attitude, which made me feel very motivated.
