Quick process. HR is very on top of their stuff. The in person interview was great. The people were very nice. The digital interview is a bit odd. Not sure I like this new trend. I think face to face interviews should be of more importance, but without the digital interview you can't go any further. I don't agree with this, so I chose not to continue with the process.
they used a video interview and there were 2-3 questions, most asking why the company and the role and then at least 1 competency question in the interview process -

Het was een heel prettig gesprek, ik werd goed op mijn gemak gesteld. Daarna werd er goed doorgevraagd, maar wel op een prettige manier. Er was meteen een klik. Ook werd er snel terugkoppeling gegeven.
