Over pools interview candidates by drawing them in with incentives. Did not care about experience as much as they did appearance and a certain "image". Disappointingly nerve wracking for no reason.
The interview process was easy and the manager was friendly and on time. They scheduled you fast and in a timely manner. All the staff was friendly and very helpful.
