Entrevista
Two stages. First group assessment, then one on one. Easy and fun, good atmosphere. What matters is to stand out with answers in group assessment and to be confident. Be genuine. They clearly care about your experience but in a job like this they need warm people, who will feel comfortable around others. Also it's your chance to show you know you have the assets. One on one was pretty basic, they tell you some stuff about the company, ask you what you know about them.

What is the most important thing when greeting a customer?
It was simple and easy. I had 2 interviews and they both went extremely well. I was told to wait for an email in 2-3 days. It took 2 weeks and me emailing multiple times to reach back out. I received an email later that they filled the position with someone else who was certified in their system. They never mentioned needing certifications in the system they used at all which was a bit upsetting considering both managers were very positive about the interview. Nonetheless it was an easy interview, they ask about experiences and scenario questions. I don’t appreciate the lack of communication with HR and management so perhaps it is a blessing in disguise.

Very easy! Interviewer was kind and allowed for an open conversation. I felt that every question asked was relevant and I enjoyed getting to know more about the position. Would recommend.
