You check in, sit, wait, and get interviewed by three levels of management. If you don't make it through either one, you'll be given a business card and be sent on your way. You know you're in when you're given a drug screening form. I'm just waiting for a welcome letter now.

Interviewing for a front desk position at the Hilton was a professional and welcoming experience. The interviewer asked about my customer service skills, ability to multitask, and handle guest concerns. I appreciated the emphasis on hospitality and teamwork, and left the interview feeling confident and excited about the opportunity
