Very friendly! You first get interviewed by the supervisor then the manager, in my case area manager. I was fresh from college, and didn’t not have much experience, but as long as you show you have a good personality for a hospitality industry, you’re good to go!

laid back and comfortable. it was one on one and we laughed and joked. we ended up becoming great friends. quickly heard that i got it and started work the next week.

Entrevista
An interview with the front desk agent followed by an interview with the General Manager and a tour. The general manager is very laid back in this process and may talk about previous employees, hotel awards and or his family, it is key to remain professional while still showing interest in what he is saying.
