HR contacts me on my mobile phone. I ask for a telephonic round before i visit their office for the interview so that both parties can screen each other without wasting each other's time. But the HR is adamant that i visit their office for the interview. They ask me to come to their office at 10 in the morning on a weekday, meaning i will have to take a leave from my current firm. I get there on time. The Security guard points me to the waiting area while my resume is taken to the HR. I wait in the waiting room for 1:30 hours before any one contacts me. One person came to me for the interview which was supposed to be a technical round. But not one technical question was asked, only about the past applications i have developed and their overview. The interview lasted only 5-10 mins after waiting for 1:30 hour. Then the interviewer tells me to wait again. After another 15 mins i am told that i can leave. They wasted my time and money for nothing. If this is the kind of way the company treats its potential employees then i wonder how they treat their employees. I am just lucky that i didn't join this company.

Total 3 hr I have waited 1 hr thereafter my technical round taken by their PM. Further they have arranged discussion with their Vise president. And one more round. All over I noticed they have issue with salary for which I clearly said company HR before going there. Awaiting response.
