Had a preliminary phone interview which was overall decent. Expected to hear back about a second round (or at least a decline to go further) but didn't hear back from them even after following up.

Looooong. The hiring process for Hines took forever and required me to follow up multiple times in order to get any information about whether I was going to get a next interview at all.
