I interviewed for four different roles at this company. Four times I did not receive an offer. I probably should've stopped after the second non offer. Each time my requests for feedback were not met. Each interview involved a recruiter phone screen, a team phone interview, an in person interview on site in Houston, and a modeling test. Some modeling tests were harder than others and were entirely team specific. Behavioral questions are very basic strengths/ weaknesses type inquiries. Very few technicals in these interviews. Hines does not arrange travel, hotel, or feed you. Several times when I drove to Houston (I live in another Texas city) I paid for my hotel, gas, and meals. Once I drove through a hurricane to get to the interview. Don't worry! I found some self respect after that.
