4 rounds of interview and each round goes deeper into your background experience. Sadly, they don't update you if you've been rejected. It would've been nice to get feedback on my application since I spent time and effort on the application.

The WORST interview and application process ever. The process was long, tedious, and disorganized. The people were rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. I waited 1-2 hours for each interview (I went to 3 interviews). Interviewer 1, the head, rudely kept texting on her phone and going out of the room 5-10 minutes into the interview and didn't come back until 30 minutes later. Waited another hour for the second interview. After it was done, I waited for almost two hours in the lobby only to learn the HR forgot to dismiss me. I had to undergo multiple exams and interviews. I did a long and tedious exam that took two days but HR asked me to do another one since it was requested by Interviewer 3. I did the second exam (also took two days) but not once did I get a feedback or question regarding both exams I did. Interviewer 3 thought I was too young for the position and wanted to discuss it with Interviewer 1, who kept interrupting the interview to talk to Interviewer 3. Nevertheless, HR told me she will schedule a 4th interview with the editor. I never got another update after that. I send two follow-ups but never received a response. After going through multiple exams, interviews, and rude treatment from the employees, they did not even have the courtesy, consideration and professionalism to inform me of my application status. To future applicants of the company, please be warned. The application process is toxic enough as it is, just imagine what the company culture and working for these people would be like.
