About the company: They provide product service related to relaxation, such as gambling platform
Interview processes divide into 3 parts:
1. Home test: Given a code test about React, complete and send back within 2days.
2. With HR: The HR will tell you more about the company, and talk about the benefit.
3. With IT: A code test is given, you are required to complete it within 10-15 minutes with a Mac book. The interviewer will sit next to you, and you are able to search from the net during the quiz.
After the IT quiz, the interviewer will go through the code with you, you are able to tell your program logic even you are have not complete your code.
Here is my overall feeling about this company and the interview:
1. The IT interviewer does not care about others, even you share some idea with him/ her, he/ she would not listen to you. He/ she thinks that that’s his/ her solution is the only way to complete the task.
On the other hand, even you are the interviewer, how can you say something humiliate others. For example, you better go back and learn from the basic...
2. I have no idea why I need to do duplicate code test, and they even don’t go through the 1st test with me. I think they have not even gone through it...
