I worked with my recruiter at HireAlliance to help schedule a time to come in and see the space, no commitment just a chance to come in and see what they are all about. I met with Dave and Jay, both were great at explaining their market and a 50,000 foot view of the company. I saw myself coming back for more and was intrigued by the atmosphere. Next I went in and met with all 3 of the team leads and had more of a casual conversation about my background and my excitement towards the firm. I continued to work with my recruiter and accepted an offer to join the team! Felt like culture fit was big in the interview. They wanted to make sure that I was a good fit and they also wanted to make sure I was comfortable with their environment. Easy and painless experience.
