Interviewed for a few hours+ with a few people. Was told company is of high integrity, big on feedback, follow up etc and that they really enjoyed meeting me and would get back to me on next steps. I then received an automated response that I didn't receive the role. I followed up with two people, no response. I sent an email sharing my disappointment and only then received a response. I didn't appreciate the candidate experience and I don't think they execute on what they say are their core beliefs.
