HIRED definitely has an unique hiring process. Everyone I met during the interviews was friendly enough; however, I was not given any concrete feedback when told that I would not be receiving an offer.

**BEWARE - Accepting an interview with Hired means you can't use the platform**. I joined the platform looking for a job and my Talent Advocate pitched me Hired a few times during our exchanges. I eventually said yes and was put in touch with Heather. The first interview was a 30 min phone call and it was great. We chatted briefly about my career aspirations and why I think Hired would be a good fit. Heather was great at asking me succinct questions and drilling down on my answers. I think this part was to see if I was aligned with the company's values and vision. The second portion was a take home assignment, which tested how I would communicate with a potential candidate. I was told that I did "really great" on it and that I'd be moving forward. At this point I started to realize that my TA had stopped talking to me about other opportunities but I just assumed she got busy. The third interview was suppose to be a 1 hr deep dive into my resume. I have never felt so undervalued as a candidate as when I was on this call. 5 minutes into my call and during my second answer, the recruiter cut me off and loudly laughed - she apologized saying "someone in the office was making a joke". Worst yet, this happened a SECOND time. I have never had a recruiter be so rude and just flat out show that they were not listening. What's the point of booking a call when you aren't there to listen!? After this interview, I already knew that I was not moving forward. I reached out to my TA about other positions and had no reply. After I was formally told that I did not get the position my TA replied and told me "good luck in your search". I didn't know that accepting an interview with Hired meant I would no longer be allowed to use the platform. I should have read the earlier reviews where another candidate went through the same issue.
