Was contacted by an internal recruiter who found my resume online, and came in the next week for an in-person interview after initial phone screen. They were in a temporary office space when I first came in, but I noticed that the office itself was not very nice and everyone seemed to be incredibly cramped with hardly any room to operate. Interview consisted of about an hour of being questioned by an uninterested "account manager" who typed everything I said into a laptop while he asked me questions about my life as far back as high school. After this I sat with a Sales Development Manager and "shadowed" him (the "shadowing" consisted of me being given a script to read off and call prospects off his salesforce list to pitch over the phone. I found this to be a pretty stupid exercise given that I was coming from a role that did something almost identical to what these guys were doing, and the ability to read off a script does not show anything about my ability nor teach me anything about the role, although I hope this is not how they operate day-to-day. Overall was extremely disappointing in the entire experience. The worst part is they ignored my multiple requests for interview feedback (I took nearly 2 hours out of my day and paid $13.00 for 2 hours of street parking to meet with them, the least they could have done is provide feedback). For a company that claims to be on the cutting edge of the hiring process (and that speaks about the importance of feedback frequently on their blog) It was extremely discouraging to see that they themselves are just another poorly structured organization with the philosophy that "our time is more valuable than yours."

I applied online and was quickly contacted with a series of questions. After filling those out, someone reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. It was scheduled for only a couple days after I applied. Anyway, phone screen was a good experience and I thought the questions were good. A lot of times phone screens are more generic but I felt this one was more thorough. The person let me know she'd be in touch regarding next steps. I thanked her via email and responded asking me to come in for an in person interview. I shadowed someone at this interview which was a nice change of pace. Everyone is really friendly so I liked that. I ended up doing two interviews in their office. The person scheduling the interviews did a great job of keeping me notified on each step.
