The coordinator met me at a party, got my CV and put me on the list to give it to the HR department. When I arrived there they got me to a demo class with the person that already told me I was taken for the job. Then I got a meeting with the General Manager of the School.

Email "interview," phone interview, Zoom interview. No probing questions, seemed like just going through the motions. I assume that they had already decided who they were going to hire, but internal rules required that they interview a certain number of people.
