I felt the interview process was fairly straight forward! I applied via agency and was contacted in a timely fashion for my telephone screening and then face-to-face interview! I felt that the managers were also accommodating to my prior commitments and made interview arrangements that were suitable to my needs. The telephone screening was very thorough and gave me a strong insight of the company. Furthermore the 1-2-1 interview was quite challenging and lengthy I would suggest making sure that you have plenty of examples. nonetheless the interviewers were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
