After my application on LinkedIn position the human resource department called me by phone for a firt interview.
The second interview was done directly with my line manager and his boss.
After several technical questions replied by me with success they asked me when I was able to start to work in the company.
After a week the human resources called me for the economical proposal.

Standard Technical interview with functional manager. Describing past work experience and providing evidence of the expertise gained on past projects. Challenging on specific task like requirements management process, requirements apportionment, gap analysis between contract an product, including risks evaluation.
