Interview process includes a 2 stage interview. 2 technical interviews. 1st technical interview is in depth understanding of your knowledge on day to day roles. The second technical interview is based on your understanding of the platform and multiple case studies.

In Portugal, most employees join through the L&D programme. The interview itself is straightforward, focusing on general questions because it targets young professionals. However, the overall process is quite long. It starts with a team interview, with feedback typically within 1–2 months. Then an assessment day after around 2/3 months, and finally an interview with the leadership team.
