1st round consisted of 2 30 minutes 1 on 1 interviews--mostly behavioral questions and resume explanation
2nd round consisted of 3 half hour 1 on 1 interviews and a case study
overall a very stress free interview process

Why would you be a good fit in this position given you do not have any prior consulting experience?
Pretty basic process.
They just did a couple of questions along 3 interviews.
One with a talent recruiter.
Another more technical.
A last one that was behavioral.
The process took around 1 week.

Entrevista
The case study was challenging but fair. Lots of good questions but straightforward. Good rapport with everyone in the room which was nice to see compared to others. I would recommend.
A Phone screening by the recruiter followed by three to five video interviews with prospective bosses and teammates. The level of seniority in interviewers progressed as the interviews went on. Finally, I had a call with the recruiter telling me the results. The team enjoyed, but the company recently went on a hiring freeze.
