The interview process consisted of an online application, phone interview, behavioural and values interview and finally a Hfit interview. Overall interview process is not like the interviews you have at other firms of similar nature. There are a series of 1 to 1 interviews throughout the whole process with senior staff discerning your technical skills, behavior and your cultural fit.
