My interview process for the core program was slightly different since I was referred. A part of being referred was first completing a half hour phone interview where they gauge your skill based on your resume and do a few behavioral questions. A week after, I did an onsite interview at the local office with a VP and two managers (about 30-45 mins each), focusing on a different area (technical skill, behavioral, and your resume). I was not involved in any individual or group cases. Three days later I was offered the job. It's very important to ask them questions towards the end. They leave the last ten minutes for that, and this is how they gauge your interest in the company.

Met at a career fair on University of Colorado Boulder campus and was selected for an on campus interview. Attended an informational session as well. The employee that I met at the career fair remained in contact with me throughout the process.

The process was a bit rushed and not well organized. Everyone I talked with at Hitachi was very kind and engaging. I appreciated the amount that they cared for their applicants. However I think better organization could help to provide a better experience for all.

You and I are going to set up a valet service for a downtown hotel in Seattle. Walk me through your process.
First round will be a phone screening process with Hr. Next round is an in-person interview with 2 managers and Vice-President. Questions asked were primarily how you handled various tasks and projects.
Negative experience because if you're going to have 3 different heads of leadership interview candidates, they should really all be on the same page with each other; two were emphasizing a lot on work/life balance and how your work experience can be utilized in this position. The other manager spoke heavily about there being no work/life balance and questioned what value someone would have if their experiences don't stem from the tech sector.
