The interview was a Technical first, and then the HR.
In technical they focus on your basics, and can ask you any program and stress for multiple solutions, to see your understanding maybe 3 or 4 ways for same basic problem.
HR will be on your achievements,strengths and weaknesses, and an elaborative discussion on that.

First i applied through refernce and my resume got shortlisted and 1st round is about online written test which is about networks and i got shortlisted for next rounf and that is offline written written test in that test also about networks and next round is technical interview and then final round is hr interview

Entrevista
There was an online test in which a few people were shortlisted and face to face technical and HR interviews were conducted in Bangalore.
After that the selected students were given an offer letter.
The interview process itself was so bad as we had to wait for about 6hrs before giving an interview. So many of my friends gave a technical interview at 9:00 AM and waited till 7:00 PM just to find out that they were rejected.
