Online Test -Around 1000+ People Attended the test.Shortlisted Candidates were called for gd/Interviews.Non-locals were given first preference to appear for interviews and throw remaining people at last.Continous Rejections at last finalizing their list without skill importance.Technical Recruiters don't even care on skill but only care on shortlisted count that they are heading towards.
Pretty basic process.
They just did a couple of questions along 3 interviews.
One with a talent recruiter.
Another more technical.
A last one that was behavioral.
The process took around 1 week.

Entrevista
The case study was challenging but fair. Lots of good questions but straightforward. Good rapport with everyone in the room which was nice to see compared to others. I would recommend.
A Phone screening by the recruiter followed by three to five video interviews with prospective bosses and teammates. The level of seniority in interviewers progressed as the interviews went on. Finally, I had a call with the recruiter telling me the results. The team enjoyed, but the company recently went on a hiring freeze.
