First round was an introduction interview with HR
Second round was a take home refactoring exercise which took a couple hours to complete followed by a technical interview with 2 of the developers. In the interview you explain and discuss both the design and implementation of your refactored solution. Other topics included database optimisation and SQL. Overall this round was surprisingly straight forward.
The last round was with a couple of managers for a behavioural and cultural fit interview. This was fairly standard and if you've prepared before hand this round isn't too difficult either.
Overall the interview process was fairly quick; about 3 weeks.
Note however since the Hivery interview process has changed into doing more Leetcode style technical rounds.
