The called me twice for phone interviews. First with HR and after with some manager. They then invited for a 3h in person interview. I did 3 blocks with different people. The first block was pretty generic technical questions. After were 2 sessions of whiteboard quiz/challenges.

Respectful, Easygoing and lots things to learn from the interviewers, you get to meet the team which makes it easy to transition and less scary to start with a new group of people
