After completing an indepth case study, I had an initial screen with the then Head of Peopl. She told me that I would move to next stage. After several follow-ups, I eventually get a decline. The only reason I got a response at all was because I copied the COO on the request for feedback. This company lacks professionalism. The HR team had no experience in HR or idea of how to conduct a professional recruitment process. This was an exceptionally poor candidate experience. It appears that this company is solicits free advise in the guise of an assessment. I dont advise engaging with this unethical and unprofessional company.

It was friendly at first and then you do assignments which to me is just the firm wanting you to do free work. So 2 interviews, an assignment and then 2 other interviews. Unnecessarily long

Entrevista
The interview process was informal and personal. It was a nice break from the traditional "Tell me about yourself", "Tell me about your strengths," and all that jazz. Great Ecperience!
