Entrevista
The interview process is very lengthy. First interviewed with the CEO and was called back a month later for another series of interviews. These interviews where with three managers: COO, VP of Business Development, and lastly the Human Resources Manager. Each interview took about an hour and was in succession on one day. The interviews consisted mainly of answering background questions and what you can bring to the company. Initially I was told the process would take only two weeks but ended up being 4 months. Ultimately I received a call telling me that the job description was changed and that I don't fit the profile any longer.
