Entrevista
It as pleasant and long. Very focused on performance, partnership and compliance. First step was through a headhunter scoping, then a panel interview with local leadership then a video interview with the Regional Business Manager (Asia & China), followed by video interview with the Regional CFO (Zurich) and finally another video interview with the Group CFO (Zurich).
Prepare all accounting basics such as golden rule and journal entries. It will be good if you are from p2p background and already worked on SAP. Must have invoice processing knowledge

Die Gespräche liefen ab in Form von strukturierten Interviews und waren sehr professionell. Anfangs gab es eine Vorstellungsrunde, dann wurden Enzelheiten über das Unternehmen berichtet. Anschließend bekam der Kandidat die Gelegenheit die verschiedenen Stationen seines Lebenslaufes darzustellen. Parallel dazu wurden Fragen gestellt. Abschließend hatte der Kandidat noch Möglichkeiten eigene Fragen zum Unternehm und zur Stelle zu stellen.
