It was a very cumbersome process with little follow up and communication. Not adequate HR representation with unclear expectations of the role. I would recommend a more structured process with clear rules and responsibilities along with timing of next steps

I applied through a recruiter so we skipped the screening process. The culture seems very collaborative and they appreciated people with a mindset for growth.
