Short and simple. They hire monthly because its a revolving door for employment. They will lie out of their teeth on how much money you can and will make but its al a lie unless you are in co hoots with the manager. The vets who have been there for years are getting lay down leads all day every day, while the rest of the employees struggle with the time share owners who are behind in payments, low yearly salaries etc. Its hard to sell a broke family! The vets get the wealthy owners to call and sell discounted vacation trips.
