Entrevista
Applied online, and I was sent an email to complete a Predictive Assessment Test. Upon completion, few hours later I got an email saying they found a better candidate. I have a graduate degree in finance and plenty of hospitality experience, but I guess it wasn’t enough. I accepted a job offer with a much better company.

I was giving a Predictive Assessment Personality Test , which includes selecting qualities others see in you, and qualities you see in yourself .

Entrevista
The recruiter was approachable and made the process smooth. One of the interviews with the hiring manager felt a bit more rigid, with less focus on my future contributions. However, another interviewer was more engaging and asked thoughtful questions about how I could add value to the team. As someone who met almost all the qualifications, I was not selected in the end and did not receive any detailed feedback on why, which was disappointing given the time I invested and left me concerned that the lack of transparency means the decision was not based on skills, experience, or passion.

Entrevista
You will begin the process with Hr and if you make it pass that then you will be able to interview with the hiring manager. After that is done you will usually meet with and do a small interview with upper management and this is a bit more informal.
