I applied in person and got an interview upon completion of the application! The manager was very kind and asked personal questions that made me feel like she was getting to know me. If this is how other IHG managers go through their hiring processes, I can imagine feeling very comfortable in other hotels as well.

Very informative, but they expect potential employees to not have lives outside of work, meaning they want someone who is available at any given time, instead of hiring for a specific schedule like most agencies do.
