Great and was put at ease. Explained details of the job as never done this work before. Environment was nice, offered refreshment and made comfortable. Manager was excellent and honest about the job.

They introduce themselves. Asked about me. Told them certain days I couldn't work and they accommodated. I was hired on the spot. I started the very next week. Of course they told me the details of calling in or calling off. Switching days with someone just let the head of house keeping know so it can be approved.
