Interrogation. .... they don't even know the procedures for this job.. Job description is different from the job. Hire on as hourly and then after you have accepted job....was salaried. Someone else called labor dept and changed to hourly to only have to answer to someone asking you why you had overtime every week. There were many days where there was no lunch taken to get the job done.
