Your colleague is preparing lunch for a vegan person. However, they include meat in the meal. They do this continuously. What would you do?
Online application, physical interview in one of the homes. Just be prepared and know about the company, and talk about your experience as well. The interview is relaxing and you don't have to be scared, they will make you feel comfortable.
