Took two hours. First had to do a team exercise (not relevant to the job, coming up with a fundraising event), then they told us to bowl while they took us one by one for solo interview. I was last and they did not ask many question, felt very rushed. Received a rejection email with no feedback.

It was a group interview where we was split into groups to do activities, then a one on one interview. I was successful so I was called back to do a trial shift (unpaid).

Very polite, they are authentic through out the process and they show interest within you! They are also transparent on the contract and inform you of all the legalities you need to be aware of and allowing you to explain your availability and how you can work with your availability.
