The interview was going well (so, I thought). I had multiple calls with the hiring manager (multiple behavioral-type and competency questions, etc) - we kept going over the scheduled time slots. Then I had a take-home case study to prepare for, which I eventually presented to the executive leadership team. The next steps are for a couple of 1:1s with said leadership team members. Not that I thought I nailed the first 1:1, but I always feel I could have done better (just a self eval that I do) for every interview I’ve been on.
Anyway, I didn’t hear back from anyone. Not even a “thank you for your time, but…” message. Since I’ve spent a good amount of time on the calls, not to mention the preparation, I think it’s reasonable to expect a bit of feedback. It was basically ghosted.

Sorry, as we got into acquisition lockdown, we could not reach out. It was bad timing. And I'm really sorry for your experience, even I'm not anymore there.
