Telephone appointment then face to face, the consultant talked through my CV - what I have done and what have I achieved. Asked about my career and what I was looking for. however the now Principal Consultant ( now) had lack of respect during the process and decide to answer his mobile 10 mins in . Not very professional. I was over qualified and had more experience than the interviewee. Very cocky and said he won his bosses car and look at my watch ?! really ....
